Crossecom Fast. Fill System Operation v Driver drives up to Fast. Fill pump v Driver (or pump attendant) inserts pump nozzle into vehicle filling pipe v The antenna is automatically activated emitting a low power RF signal. It is seeking the number of any tag within range. v The tag will emit its unique serial number which is picked up by the antenna and passed to the Fast. Fill System Operation v The pump reader verifies the tag is genuine v The tag verifies that the pump reader is genuine v The antenna interrogates the tag which releases its encrypted data to the pump reader v The pump reader sends the tag data to the Fast. Fill Controller v The Fast. Fill Controller checks and sends authorisation to the pump v Fuelling starts and continues until the authorised quantity is delivered or nozzle is moved out of range Copyright © by Crossecom

Crossecom Fast. Fill Site System Control v The Fast. Fill Controller checks the data from the tag against information on that vehicle and initiates communication with head office, banks etc. to obtain authorisation v Where the vehicle is not authorised for fuelling e. g. reported stolen, an alarm can be activated v If the vehicle is not authorised for the fuel type requested, the pump will not activate Copyright © by Crossecom
