Total floor area is 12, 000 square meters including 218 rooms, several restaurants and cafes, administrative offices and underground parking. Performed work: Feasibility study and design of the hotel building systems using proprietary concept of ‘Intelligent Building’. Development of draft and detailed design of each installation and electronic system in the hotel, installation and commissioning of equipment, and integration of all systems into a single building management system controlled from the single control center.
