EP Recruitment Criterion in IT EP Recruitment Criterion in IT

How do we know an EP is qualified for the GIP in IT sub-product? How do we know an EP is qualified for the GIP in IT sub-product? We looked at 2 major characteristics that an EP must posses to gain most from a GIP experience - Personal Qualifications and Professional Qualifications.

Professional Qualifications: English Proficiency: Ability to speak, understand reason in English. Academic & Work Professional Qualifications: English Proficiency: Ability to speak, understand reason in English. Academic & Work background: Educational background and relevant work experience in IT background. Also includes any additional languages spoken. Sub-product alignment: Alignment with global supply of IT TNs.

 Personal Qualifications: AIESEC Alignment: Understanding the AIESEC program, our values and clarity of Personal Qualifications: AIESEC Alignment: Understanding the AIESEC program, our values and clarity of their ‘Why’. Global Mindset: Cultural sensitivity, adaptability and awareness of the world. General Qualifications: Conditions stated in the XPP and monetary feasibility.

However, if required, LCs can additional steps based on LC reality.

This will ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders involved. The final aim is to improve delivery rate and deliver as many experiences as possible!

This stage is to segregate EPs on the basis of LCs and sub products. The EP will be asked to submit an application form, their CV (in a predetermined format), a cover letter and answer some questions that will test their general qualifications. • An information seminar or IS is organized to: a) to generate interest and inform the applicant about the o. GIP, b) set expectations and c) to answer all questions that the applicant may have. The powerpoint slide templates will be provided, which can be altered and used to conduct the IS. Attendance will be tracked and no steps can be skipped throughout the process. LTT deliver the IS. IS aligned with EWA AI Wiki principles. • The applicant will be called for a personal interview at the end of which the EP contract will be signed and raising fee will be collected. Interview questions and scoring sheet will also be standardized and provided to the LCs. • Once the EP passes the formal interview he/she is ready to be raised on the system. The form will be uploaded on myaiesec. net, along with the candidate’s CV and OET score sheet. The MC will then audit the form and once everything is good, put the form on available, in the event that something is missing or out of order, the LC VP will be asked to make modifications and the form’s status shall be changed to ‘Available’.
