What did we have to do? Delivery Network ü Design and establish a network of exam centres. ü Permanent – Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington, Motueka, Christchurch ü Laptop – Whangarei, North Shore, Tauranga, Rotorua, New Plymouth, Hastings, Dunedin, Queenstown, Invercargill. ü Recruited and trained 32 exam supervisors.

What did we have to do? Question Bank ü Convert approx 8, 000 questions for computer delivery. ü Setup all the exams in Tasman. ü Develop and produce workbooks for 7 subjects. Check Continuous improveme nt Exam Set up Question Bank Management Deliver questions Gap Analysis Test questions Commission additional questions
How are we going? ü Computer delivery started on 29 th June for professional exams. ü Centres - Permanent and Laptop centres operational. We have had minor connectivity problems, but on the whole the network is operating well. ü Question banks. A few of the diagrams have had to be improved for clarity. ü Exam demonstration developed which is available on our book website. www. aviation. co. nz ü A number of queries on question feedback. Feedback is part of quality system and not checked after every exam.
What’s next? ü PPL computer exam delivery by end of year. ü Further expansion of the question banks to provide greater syllabus coverage. ü Review of the laptop centres based on demand.
