Background of the Project v The Road Accident Fund (RAF) requires the services of an accredited and experienced service provider to conduct a maturity assessment and provide a detailed Implementation recommendations and a roadmap on how the RAF can attain a maximum of level 5 maturity to be in line with the e-Enablement adopted ICT Frameworks: ITIL v 3, COBIT 5 and King III Chapter 5 for a period not exceeding 6 months: [Insert presentation title] Page 4

The Maturity Assessment • To ensure effective and successful implementation of IT governance, an The Maturity Assessment • To ensure effective and successful implementation of IT governance, an assessment should be performed to evaluate the maturity levels of the current standards and regulations, i. e. ITIL Service Management, COBIT processes, and King III principles within ICT. • The objective of the assessment is to establish a benchmark which will be used in the development of specific plans for process improvement initiatives. • The scope of the assessment will include the following standard and frameworks. Depending on the outcome the processes might be reviewed, re-designed where necessary, documented, endorsed, communicated under the ownership of a process owner who has the authority to enforce compliance. • ITIL v 3 (All Processes) • COBIT 5 (All Processes) • King III Chapter 5 (All Processes) [Insert presentation title] Page 6
