About us: Founded in 1982, PROQUIMIA COSMETICS is a Company specialized in the formulation, production and filling of cosmetics products for third parties. THE QUALITIY of our products, THE EXCELLENCE of our service and THE CONFIDENCIAL approach with our clients differentiate us.

About us: PROQUIMIA COSMETICS accomplishes with all the Ministry of Healt requirements and owns ISO 22716 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Where: 4500 m 2 BULK PRODUCTION Proquimia has turbo helix and vacuum reactors of various sizes (between 1500 and 100 liters) for hot manufacturing. Tanks from 500 to 3, 000 liters for cold manufacturing. All of these are made of stainless steel. For product packaging, there are seven automatic and semiautomatic lines. The processes are very versatile, being able to package large and small production quantities

Where: 4500 m 2 FILLING Plant nº 1. It has automated and semiautomated packaging lines for the filling of bottles, jars, plastic tubes, airless packaging, aerosols without gas, special closures with thermo-seal, hot-filled jars, shrink-wrapped, etc. Plant nº 2. Specialized automatic line for filling roll-on deodorants (inverted position), with final shrink-wrap. All lines have automatic labelers and coders. BULK PRODUCTION AND FILLING IN CLEAN ROOM

All locations are computer controlled, with information on the date of entry, product reference, supplier, lot number and expiration date of each product. .
