Company & Products Info. ◆ Applied Process Mirror It’s a kind of stainless steel sheet surface design innovation by lapping process. We can get very shinny surface design after polishing. It apply interior and exterior of building. Also it will make so many uses after E/T, Gold, Direction polishing and V/B process. Bead Blast We spray very small and uniform glass crystal on stainless steel sheet. It makes matt finish without any reflection. It can be applied on a certain part of sheet or all surface. Especially it’s very popular on the roof of big building. Vibration It makes matt finish and semi matt finish by round type polishing on surface. We make many different type of feel depending of the different size of mesh for vibration. Also it can be add another process like etching and coloring to make various design. Mostly it’s apply to Elevator, Escalator, interior and exterior panels. 24 K GOLD It’s the most superior surface design to plating with 24 K real gold. It make so beautiful color comparing silver, Nickel , chrome and any other plating. It’s for Elevator and building interior. Art Polishing Stainless steel make a variety of surface design depending on process. Art polishing give more efficient when it’s mix with Mirror and other process. . Etching process designs artwork and letter on surface. It has a lot of uses for escalator and elevator. Bright Etching Bright etching make point design on surface with electrical and chemical polishing. It make so beautiful surface design after 24 K gold plating. Round hairline processing equipment It improves the commercial properties of round shape products by polishing the surface of products to form uniform, beautiful and successive patterns on the surface. ARP coating (Aqua Resin Plate) It is an antibiotic and environment friendly product which silver nano technology is applied. It is a flexible and transparent coating to maintain clean surface and easy maintenance and repair of steel plates to provide them such as stainless steel, plated steel sheets, etc. with various surface treatments. Titanium color Thin oxide films are formed on the titanium surface when it was electrochemically treated (anodizing). This oxide films produce various colors depending on the thickness of films, due to the interference of reflected lights from the metal surface and the oxide film.
