• One « Citadelle Comitee » (political side): – Architect – Urban Community – State – Town • One technical team: ‐ ‐ Technical aspect (water, electricity, buiding…) Commercial aspect (looking for investors)

Re‐use of the site: public and private Public: – Roads – Public Square – Amenities – Some building (to be rented) – Green belts – Wood (40 ha)
