Characters Hogarth Hughes Kent Mensli Dean The Iron Giant

Story Hogarth watching TV. Suddenly cut off electricity and the boy went to the station.

When he reached the station, he saw a great robot. He destroyed the station.

The next day, to the city came Kent Mensli, who wanted to find out what's going on here. Hogarth wanted to see this giant, and went looking for him. When he met him, then got scared.

But realizing that the robot kind, took it home. The boy showed him the comics and talked about the good. Hogarth made friends with the robot. Hogarth met with Dean and together they hid the giant from everyone.

One day a robot almost hurt Hogarth and Dean chased giant. He ran away. The city robot rescued two boys. The army saw him, they began firing into a giant.

The robot has turned into a weapon and started to defend himself. Hogarth persuaded him, saying that the gun be bad and the robot returns to normal. Kent without permission fired a missile, which was supposed to arrive in the city and destroy the robot. Plans changed and doomed to death people did not know what to do. Robot sacrificed his life to stop the rocket.

After some time, the city built a monument in honor of the giant.
