Highlights • 1998 - Established 1998 in response to Egan’s “Re thinking Construction” • 2003 - formed Constructing Excellence with Movement for Innovation, Re-Thinking Construction • Developed National Consumer Satisfaction Survey of House builders. • 2004 - THF Modern Methods Group to address “skills shortage “ • 2006 - Barker 33 Modern Methods of Construction to encourage radical innovation in housebuilding • 2006 - “Building Supply Chain Integration” report for The Housing Corporation - a customer focus requiring greater collaboration and integration • 2007 – supported Calcutt Review through structured input • 2009 reformed as an independent company working with NHBC
