Internships • Not required for the certificate • But many prior students have completed genetics themed internships – State programs in newborn screening, genetic epidemiology – Research programs in statistical genetics • Program faculty, alumni can assist with finding placements
Research Opportunities • Numerous SPH students have worked w/CPHG faculty on research projects • Part-time RA positions • Independent study (research) • Summer field placements
