Where are we staying? • Caythorpe Court is PGL 's newest centre and they've spent 2 million pounds refurbishing and improving the accommodation and facilities. • In addition to the main house, there are several purpose built accommodation units and an extensive range of activities including a sports hall, zip wires, giant swing and climbing/abseil towers. rpe tho rt ay u C Co

First Day’s Procedure • Arrive at school and leave our cases in the hall • No need to wear school uniform • Medicine and money to teachers 2: 00 pm • Make sure travel pills have been consumed • Toilet • On to coach and off we go! • Arrive at Caythorpe mid afternoon • Unpack • Discuss safety, fire drill, doors etc • Have dinner • Evening activity • Bed rpe tho rt ay u C Co

What will it cost? • The total cost is £ 179 per child (this includes all activities, accommodation and meals but doesn’t include the coach (£ 20 approximately more per child depending on how many children go) There will be a payment breakdown – for example: 1 st Payment Monday 5 th October 2017 (£ 30) 2 nd Payment Monday 11 th January 2018(£ 35) 3 rd Payment Friday 14 th May 2018 (£ 110) Which adults will be coming?
