Management theory (10 points max) • This part of the test will include questions covering the following topics: 1. Strategy 2. Teams 3. Motivation 4. Leadership • Students will be expected to give answers to these questions based on the lectures from Business English
Writing a business letter (10 points max) • Business letter should cover business topics such as: corporate culture, corporate social responsibility, communication, management theory • The students will receive one business letter topic with specific details and their task will be to write a business letter taking everything stated in consideration • The students should pay attention to the following units when writing a business letter: - Grammar - Spelling - Vocabulary - Formal rules for writing letters in English
Writing a business letter (10 points max) • Example: You ordered 10 new laptops on behalf of your CEO. You discover that 3 of them are not working, so you have to write a letter of complaint, demanding the supply of 3 new laptops or you will return all 10 and ask for your money back • Example 2: Write a letter of inquiry regarding the new advertisement for i. Phone 8, asking about the price, delivery and product features.
