Chassis Interface Board (CIB) • New interface that connects the BFT to the chassis wiring, allowing easy removal without having to manually disconnect the peripherals. DS 256 connectors simplify cabling requirements. Media Bay Modules (MBMs) • Previously DIP-switch settings had to be changed when installing MBMs on the BCM main chassis. Now they can just simply be plugged in. New BCM hardware components simplify expandability and connectivity. 12
