NAMA on Housing Is developing by CONAVI (Green Mortgage Program): • Solar water heaters • Fluorescent compact lamps) • Thermal insulation in walls and ceiling • Eventually photovoltaic panels. Emission reduction potential: • Each house will reduce about 1 t. CO 2 e per year, and that about 600, 000 houses will be built per year until 2020. • Total: 5. 5 Mt. CO 2 e/y to 10 Mt. CO 2 e/y by 2020, depending on the selected penetration scenario.
