The overall aim and specific objectives of the project ü To promote a strong European dimension within the work of youth organizations; ü Give youth leaders a deeper understanding of The EU & its role in youth education; ü Encourage youth leaders to reflect upon participation, citizenship, identity and diversity from a European perspective; ü Give youth leaders tools in promoting a positive European Awareness and a European Identity; ü Give youth leaders knowledge and skills to integrate a European dimension into their organization's policies and activities.

Erasmus+ ü Erasmus+ is the European Union’s programme for boosting skills and employability through activities organised in the field of education, training, youth, and sport (€ 14. 7 billion). ü Youth activities under Erasmus+ aim to improve the key competences, skills and employability of young people, promote young people's active participation in the society, their social inclusion and well-being, and foster improvements in youth work and youth policy at local, national and international level.

MOBILITY OF YOUTH WORKERS ü Learning mobility projects of youth workers support the professional development of youth workers by enabling them to acquire new skills and professional experiences. ü The projects may include transnational activities such as seminars, training courses, contactmaking events, study visits and job shadowing periods abroad. ü The projects also contribute to strengthening the quality and the role of youth work in Europe.
