OUR MISSION: H eroes W elcome H ome is a two-day curriculum that prepares REALTORS® to serve returning U. S. soldiers and their families by helping them address their housing needs. The program takes a comprehensive approach to educating REALTORS® and provides them with the tools and resources they need to effectively counsel veterans, including disabled veterans, on their real estate options.

VISION STATEMENT: Provide a premier, national professional development program template on the transition of disabled soldiers to civilian housing by providing REALTOR® assistance and resources.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES: 1. Participants will gain knowledge on the physical and mental injuries and disabilities sustained by soldiers of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES: 2. Participants will gain knowledge on the Veterans Administration benefits for housing and resources within the community.
