Brief Introduction Milestone In 1993, the Sixth Research Institute of Information Industry Ministry of China, a leader in computer, control and communication technology, developed DCS called HS 1000 and founded Beijing Hollysys Co. , Ltd. engaged in the manufacture, sales and services of HS 1000 DCS. In 1995, Hollysys developed generation DCS called HS 2000. the second In 1996, Hollysys developed the computer system for Pakistan Chashma 300 MW Nuclear Power Plant.
Brief Introduction In 1998, Hollysys developed PROFIBUS-DP chip. In 1999, Hollysys developed ERP software. In 1999, Hollysys developed the third generation DCS called MACS. In 2000, Hollysys partnered with VIPA Gmb. H, a Germany supplier of PLC. In 2001, Hollysys was appointed as the executive control system integrator for Beijing City Railway Project. In 2002, Hollysys was appointed as the executive control system integrator for Shenzhen Metro Project.
In 2002, Hollysys acquired Beijing Stone Electric Tech. Co. , Ltd. , a Chinese leading manufacturer of servo, stepper, DC brushless motor & drives. MACS System MACS system is the latest DCS system developed by Hollysys. The system adopts Client/ Server structure. The FCS adopts the standard fieldbus Profibus-DP. The typical application of the system is for the control of 600 MW unit of Qinshan Nuclear Power Station.
