Alternates Please fill in four alternative classes in the order of your preference The alternate choices will be used in the event your first choice for an elective in lines 5 and 6 are unavailable It is not a bad idea to have a second choice for your language
Returning Your Registration Form Bring registration forms and guides to Century Panther Night on January 23 beginning at 6: 00 pm Century Staff will help you complete the form at Panther Night Or return it to your school counselor by January 26 if you or your parents/guardians are unable to attend Panther Night
