Suggestions for Improvement TA Understanding Suggestions Ø Limited with dealing with apprentices see advisors occasionally - don't have meetings, more communication. Resource Suggestions Ø Bring back old trade certificate in some form of examination type system - too easy to bluff your way through - need a physical test and semi theory to prove you know what you are doing. Assessment Suggestions Ø My guy was mucked about - new guy pretty good but previous guys no good, inconsistency in what they are doing and who they are looking after. . TM 4

Ø Ø Ø Ø TM First aid course. Unitech night course. We will help any apprentices with dyslexia or any disabilities and help them with theory. Block courses. Night school training but not sure.
