Day 1 - Monday • • • Have a good breakfast at home! 09. 30 Meet at Stroud 10. 00 Coach departs from Stroud 12. 30 Check in at London Heathrow, terminal 3 & lunch 14. 20 Flight BA 480 departing to Barcelona 17. 35 arrive in Barcelona Coach to Sitges Unpack Dinner
Lunch on Monday • You will need to pack a snack for lunch. • IMPORTANT: • No liquids/ no jars/ no sweets/ no chocolate. • We will have our lunch after going through security, hence none of the above in your hand luggage. • You can buy a drink in the airport but you must not take onboard.
Day 2 - Tuesday • • • Coach to Barcelona Visit Casa Mila lunch in ‘el Jardín de l’ Àpat ‘ Parc Güell. Sagrada familia Nou Camp Activities in Sitges Dinner Bed
Day 3 - Wednesday • Journey to Figueres & visit to the Dali museum • Lunch in Figueres & walk down town • Relax/ games in Sitges • Dinner
Day 4 - Thursday • Coach to Salou and all day at theme park “Port Aventura” • Relax in Sitges
Day 5 - Friday • • • 08. 30 - Breakfast 09. 00 - Pack remaining luggage 09. 30 - Walk to the beach (if time) 10. 00 - Collect bags from hotel. 10. 15 - Coach to airport 13. 30 Leave Barcelona , terminal 1 -Flight BA 485 • 14. 55 arrival at Heathrow Airport • 17. 00 expected arrival time at Stroud.
Transport • Departure- 16 th April • Return home- 20 th April • Leave Stroud at 10. 00 • Depart Barcelona • Heathrow airport 13. 30 -BA 485 14. 20 –BA 480 • Arrival Heathrow • Arrival Barcelona 14. 55 17. 35 • Arrival Stroud – 17. 00 pm approx.
Luggage • 20 Kgs. No more! • All sharp items such as scissors, files etc to be in the holdall. Toiletries as well. • Hand luggage one single item on board of aircraft. • No liquids or cosmetics including water into aircraft • Only small bottle of mineral water for the journey between Stroud & the airport. Not to be take on board • You can ask for water on board.

Money • Between -100 to 120 Euros for lunch and presents. • Between £ 15 - 20 in Sterling for airport. • Please place money in an envelope with name, amount. (small notes only please • !!!!!(5 & 10 euro notes) • Envelopes to be passed to member of staff at Stroud.
What to pack… • You have a list in your booklet with recommendations of what to pack. However. . . • Passport • EU Health Card • Pocket money (lunch, postcards, ice creams) • Drink (preferably water) • Things to do on journey ( book, puzzles, etc) • Any special medication you need (see Mr Van Zyl) • Comfortable shoes / trainers • Sunglasses, sun cream , sun hat / cap
What to pack – part 2 • Light weight, water proof jacket • Swim suit & beach towel • Pen/pencil • Deodorants, no sprays, Please! Your booklet has a few tips in both Catalan & Spanish) • Address book • Camera and or mobile phone but NO SIM CARD!
Cameras/ ipods etc… • All of the above are carried at your own risk. Please leave expensive items at home.
Travel Insurance • The insurance policy is on the school website.
Loco parentis • In the absence of your parents, we are in Loco parentis. That means that we are legally bound and responsible for you! • Remember our expectations of behaviour!
