System Over View v The system depends on tag technology which is going to be used as follow : Ø Each car will carry a tag with a unique ID such as car plate number. Ø In the area , there will be a tags reader that reads this tag ID and sends it via Wi-Fi to a center server which has the full information for each one of the ID's. 3
System over view Ø This information include car plate number, registration, vehicle type and offences and legal ownership, if there is something illegal such as unpaid insurance or license bills. Ø The information of the illegal car will be sent to android application, which is installed on policeman mobile who is in the area and he will take the necessary actions. 4

System Main Components v ESP 8266 -01 Module: Ø It has 8 pins I/O, it is connected to 3. 3 v using Arduino or chargeable battery, we use it in slave mode ( broadcasting Mac Address ). 6
