This appears to be in conflict with the Trade Agreement Act requirement of the contract. • Intermec is awaiting confirmation and direction from the Contracting Officer before shipments commence. • Pending orders are on hold until approval received • Installing CAC enablement SW on HHTs • Intermec is in the process of reworking its manufacturing process to pre-load the SW at time of manufacture.
