Business Need • This project has been initiated to provide an automated computerized system for QAMC • The new system helps managing appointments which are now made online by the customer. • This system requires a customer login process which allows access to their service history. It also has the capability of updating and registering new customers. • Additionally, the system generates reports to the management and also sends service confirmations and reminders to the customer.
