Introduction Our project is to create a highly qualified asphalt factory in Russia Implementation of the project was carried out on the basis of documents such as: project charter, project WBS, project scope statement, Project organization, project budget, project schedule.

PROJECT CHARTER Asphalt factory , which produces high quality asphalt material in Moscow from November 15, 2014. The purpose of this project to build a high-tech workshop production of asphalt. In case of successful launch of the project the business is expected to earn revenue that amounts to 121000. Expected net income amounts is 1089000$. Payback period will be 3 years.
