Head/ Manager : Global Sailing Holidays You will be responsible for : • • Creating and designing Outbound Sailing Holidays packages and implement the strategy to sell the same Direct sales and sales through trade and channel tie ups and partnerships Create and design domestic holiday packages Work closely with the Goa team to market and establish the new center Experience/ Skills Required : • • Should be able sell directly as well as through partnerships Experience in Outbound Sales will be highly valued Product Structuring Ability to lead and develop a new business 8

Head/ Manager : Sponsorship & Events You will be responsible for : • • Create high powered events and sponsorship platforms and properties and generating sponsorship revenues for the short and longer term through structured property and title creation Build relationships and barter partnerships with media and other relevant partners both for creating participation and success of the event on the ground Experience/ Skills Required : • • Deep understanding of sponsor needs, obligations, sponsor expectation management, media management etc. Imaginative, strong on negotiation, an in-depth understanding of sponsorship selling and partnerships 9

Head/ Manager Alliance & Channel Management You will be Responsible for : • • Build a strong and robust channel partner base which will deliver sales revenue and reach out to a larger base of customers Design and structure products and schemes and support tools to enable, train and develop the channel partners to deliver Experience/ Skills required : • • The ability to identify and create relevant channels Focus is on the travel trade and in depth knowledge of the travel industry will be highly valued 10
