LC Leader’s responsibilities Creation of functional project plans and set goals with functional LCVP Achievement of set goals Coaching of Team Members Distribution of tasks to TMs and tracking Motivation of his/her team members Organizing and delivery of project meetings every week Updating of Efficiency Development program in Podio every week Communicate with LCVP as a coachee once a week Visit Presidents’ meeting (LCP with TLs) every time they are held Be responsible for the transition to the successor of project Make a report in the end of your project
LC Leader’s responsibilities Participation in: Functional meetings for TLs All LC gatherings (e. g. LC meetings, EB&TL Meetings, PTMs) Regional& National conferences Main LC operations(e. g. Point Department: BD Realization: 5. 03 – 6. 03. 2016 Working time: 9. 11/2015 - 31. 06. 2016 Annual forum for technical Russian students and graduates which has 3 -years history of realization in Moscow and other cities. By this Forum, we want to develop our youth and technical industry in Russia. Within 2 days, they will improve their professional competences, recognize the importance of responsible practices, business and other areas, they will receive the necessary inspiration for further achievements.
