Orientation - Partnership Guidelines • Partnerships exist to advance the work of the Church of the Nazar ) • Partners come along side field leadership (in our case the APNTS President and Staff) to help them accomplish dreams that would n otherwise be possible. They offer time, talents, treasure, encouragement, networking and prayers. ) • Partners should not divert giving from the local church, district, regional or general interests. By the grace of God, partners give in addition to the commitments essential in the life of the church. ) 11/18/2008 APNTS Partnership Meeting 7
Orientation - Partnership Guidelines • • Partnerships exist in support of mission strategy. ) Each partnership should have clear and specific objectives. Priority need should be listed and updated. Prayer support, funding and human resour are directed toward these priorities. ) • • The partnerships have an ethical standard of operating that discourages recruiting of individuals from one partnership into another. ) Each partnership should develop a core leadership group (directed by th managing partner), that serves to coordinate its activities with the field. ) 11/18/2008 APNTS Partnership Meeting 8
