Proof of Co-Financing JOINT DECLARATION BY: EXECUTIVE/HEAD & TREASURER/FINANCIAL CONTROLLER STATING THAT THEY HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO COVER THE CO-FINANCING SHARE Required at the application stage in case of: • Voluntary Organisations • Non Governmental Organisations • Private Entities Also applicable for partners who are co-financing project and are not government bodies

Certificate of Enrolment/Application/Exemption Applicants must submit one of the following: • Copy of enrolment certificate as a voluntary organisation • OR a copy of application and acknowledgement • OR Exemption from the relevant authorities Required at the application stage in case of: • Voluntary Organisations • Non Governmental Organisations • Private Entities Also applicable for partners Not required in case of government bodies

Europass CV of Project Leader and Organigram EUROPASS CV OF PROJECT LEADER REQUIRED AT APPLICATION STAGE CV of legal representative is required in case: • Project Leader had not been recruited • Project Leader will be appointed at application stage Organigram/Organisation Chart of the Administration Structure of the proposed project required at application stage
