January 2010 , requested that the parent company Atlanco Rimec Group supply employee information such as salaries and addresses as well as E 101 -certificates. In the company's reply to Skatteverket as of 22 nd March they state that the company has not been involved in any projects in Sweden, whatsoever. Nor have they had any personnel here. The same day, Skatteverket has also requested, by letter, the corresponding data and information from Rimec in Cyprus. The address used was the same address the company submitted when applying for the Swedish Class F tax certificate for contractors, Fskatt. Country of Recruitment and Country of Employment The workers are recruited by recruitment offices in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Portugal. But, they are then employed by one of Atlanco’s companies in another country. Over the years, the “employment” countries have been England, Ireland, Switzerland, Portugal, and Cyprus.

Service Support • A person living in the working country, but not registered with the authorities. • Usually employed in the UK/Ireland, and often shares home address with the company. • Often uses the home in the working country as office. • Can work in the country for several years. • Often responsible for multiple projects in the working country.
Service Support Responsibilities • Arranges accommodation for the workers. • Collects and returns the workers to the airport. If necessary, arranges drivers among the workers. • Provides rental cars for the workers. • Arranges mobile phones for the foremen. • Retrieves hourly reports and submits information to Dublin. • Advance payments. • Dismissals. • 24 -7 on call duty and customer service • Customer contacts to ensure that no problems exist.
Service Support Responsibilities, cont. • Ensures that workers get help in case of on site accidents. • Makes weekly reports to the Operating Manager (day -by-day records required). • Updates monthly report and records on number of workers per project, per accommodation, cars, etc.
