Предварительное соглашение о возможностях развития сотрудничества MOU OF COOPERATION BETWEEN CAMBRIDGE COLLEGE LIMITED AND MOSCOW CITY TEACHERS’ TRAINING UNIVERSITY Cambridge College Limited and Moscow City Teachers’ Training University herby express their intent to cooperate in the fields of education and training. ARTICLE I Both Parties have agreed to cooperate in: 1. English language 2. Delivery of IELTS preparation programmes in Moscow 3. Establishment of an IELTS testing centre at Moscow City Teachers’ Training University 4. Delivery of British Diplomas at Moscow City Teachers’ Training University 5. Delivery of split site programme (50 % in Moscow and 50% in Cambridge) 6. Validation / accreditation of local programmes delivered at Moscow City Teachers’ Training University 7. CELTA (4 week Teacher training programme for teachers of English as a foreign language) ARTICLE II Either Party may initiate proposals for activities under this MOU 1. 2. • • • Specific details of any activity will be set forth in a separate Letter of Agreement which will become part of this General MOU The Letter of Agreement will include such items as: the field of study or educational activity the responsibilities of each institution in respect of the agreed upon activities; dates and schedules of specific activities; budgets and resources for specific activities; any other items necessary for the smooth and efficient conduct of the activity.
ARTICLE III In order to carry out and fulfil the aims of this MOU, each Party will designate an appropriate person to co-ordinate activities and manage joint ventures. The designated person will be responsible for the evaluation of activities under this MOU according to the practices of their respective bodies. ARTICLE IV The courses under this MOU are the property of Moscow City Teachers’ Training University and the purpose of this MOU is to confirm cooperation in the area of validation and accreditation of these diplomas. ARTICLE V This Agreement will become effective on 12 th July 2011 and will be valid for a period of 10 years. The MOU may be renewed or extended by mutual consent. This MOU may be terminated by either institution at any time provided that the terminating institution gives written notice of intention at least twelve months prior to termination.
