Improve Your Skills Step Two Job seekers will develop a training plan with their local Work. One Advisor Depending upon financial need, Work. One may be able to help job seekers with other services while they are in a training activity

Mind. Leaders E-Learning In the summer 2008, the Dept. of Workforce Development purchased e-licenses as one more benefit to help Hoosier job seekers improve their skills. Benefits of the Mind.
