Emissions from industries and manufacturing activities 2. Burning Fossil Fuels 3. Household and Farming Chemicals Natural : forest fires, volcanic eruptions wind erosion and est. . Pollution from natural occurrences are not very often.
Air pollution in Tomsk • Now, our city is in danger. The scientist say that Tomsk is one of the most polluted city in Siberia. • In 2013, in the atmosphere were emitted about 306 thousand tons of pollutants.
TGK 11 (GRES-2 and Tec-3) • TGC-11 JSC is one of the largest territorial generating companies in Siberia. The major business line is the production of electricity and heat. Every day they make a lot of harmful substances that stay in the air and in the ground.
Siberian NPP Siberian Nuclear Power Plant - was built in the city of Seversk (then known as Tomsk-7), Tomsk Oblast. It was the second nuclear power plant in the USSR and the first industrial-scale nuclear power plant in the country.
