Current Status: Conference Infrastructure Development - Cultivate superior P&E Forum leadership by active mentoring and succession planning Major Awards Nominations Committee – Group-level committee to develop quality nominations for P&E Technical Excellence awards On-Going Successful Debut; Round 2 Approaching Completed; TC Annual Report Requirement Revision – Refine the requirements TAC concurrence for TC Annual Reports to allow greater flexibility in format TC Chair Knowledge Pack - Augment TC/PC chair manual & training class with P&E-specific knowledge, tempo, guidelines, POCs, etc. Membership Push - Implement a structured 2015 TC membership recruitment plan targeted at new members in critical areas Release 1. 0 Completed, Email of 6/2/15 Completed; Best Practices Available 11
