A visit to http: //parliament. go. ke will reveal a security loophole in protecting government internet infrastructure.

CONCLUSION It is apparent that someone is using the Government Internet Infrastructure for personal business? Is the government aware that their servers are insecure from outside and inside the department responsible for internet security. The upcoming ICT Bill should address the issue of security and privacy. The government’s “Digitisation Campaign” must also ensure that confidential information and personal details of Kenyans are not accessible to criminals over the internet.
