Introduction. The hemorrhoids is a disease that is really common among adults today. Hemorrhoids has great social and economic importance due to the spread of the disease (up to 80%) among people of working age (25 – 54 year-old). Complications of the disease leading to prolonged disability and economic costs.
Topicality Due to this facts the problem of hemorrhoids becomes actual because this is a typical example of disease that impact on reducing of the quality of life even more than just presents an imminent danger to the organism.
Purpose The purpose of the work is to estimate the quality of life of patients operated for hemorrhoids using a differential approach to treatment.
Total – 273 patients. Assessment made by the date of 4 -6 weeks after surgery. 139 Probed group- 139 Control group- 134
MOS SF-36 We performed a quality assessment of life using a questionnaire MOS SF-36, developed in the framework of an international project studying the quality of life, and its Ukrainian version with reliable psychometric properties and high consistency with the characteristics of the quality of research conducted in other countries. Scoring The SF-36 consists of eight scaled scores, which are the weighted sums of the questions in their section. Each scale is directly transformed into a 0 -100 scale on the assumption that each question carries equal weight. The eight sections are: vitality physical functioning bodily pain general health perceptions physical role functioning emotional role functioning social role functioning mental health

Conclusion The got comparative results talk about efficiency of the developed differentiated approach to treatment of hemorrhoids which allowed to improve the indexes of QL of patients of PG as compared to CG, reflecting both physical and psychological components of health.
