About us: As the company's name says, we perform shaping of “Stainless Steel” in “Forms” (tools) for automotive industry. The company INOXFORM founded in 2010 is equipped with know how of more than 15 years of experience in vulcanization mandrill manufacturing technology. Inoxform keeps high management standarts, from 2011 we are certified in Quality Management System ISO 9001.

What can we do for you? We are specialists for manufacturing of high performance vulcanization solid and hollow mandrills, calibrators, expanders and mandrill fixing accessories. Manufacturing starts from delivery of the master mandrill or drawing. Inoxform performs also mandrill modifications (cut eliminations, assembly mark implementation on front and rear toolend ) with succesfull result already on 7, 5 mm diameter mandrills and wide range of reparations of existing mandrills.

Lead time and transport solutions Our time flexibility shortens our lead times and makes us reachable for European customers as well as for remote customers. To cover lead time requests of our customers we keep in close contact to communication partners and use courier companies for deliveries. In special cases we are also able to deliver products by ourselves.

Equipment: To satisfy our clients, Inoxform is equipped with the most advanced tools and machines. We are the company still ready to meet the newest trends in technology and manufacturing processes. Now we have: 2 CNC Lathes: Gildemeister CTX 400/4 a – Voest Alpine WNC 300 S Universal milling machine and parallel lathe Automatic band saw and centerless grinder Various other tools and machines: welding sets, polisher, belt-sander, drills, circular saw, grinders, etc. .
