L. 2009 -451 may be included in the 5 -year cohort rate for the 2009– 10 reporting year • All other former students who graduate as a result of Senate Bill 202 S. L. 2009 -451 are not to be counted in any graduation rates, and therefore, will not be used in any state rate publications • The same data elements for the regular graduates will be requested from the graduates under S. L. 2009 -451 (e. g. , race, gender, course of study) • Graduation Data Verification System (GDVS) will include students who received a diploma as a result of removing competency and computer skills graduation requirements for the five year rate • CGRAudit/CGRExit Process/CGR Record Search (running) 12
