Selection Reasons for a Pre-Selection > to recruit students with required (basic and company specific) aptitudes and personality who are capable to follow an ambitious training syllabus with a continuous learning curve > as a result ab initio training on a higher level is possible - more intensive training in a shorter duration > pre-selection proves high validity and is therefore very cost effective
