Jagannath is avatāri, Krishna the source of all avatāras
Abakasa or Tadapa Uttari Vesh
Abakasa or Tadapa Uttari Vesh is what Jagannath wears during snāna-yātrā
After Snāna-yātrā, Jagannath gets a special dress called Hati, Ganapati, or Gajananna Vesh
After hiding away for 15 days during the anavasara period, Jagannath again gives darshan in his Nava Yauvana Vesh
When Jagannath comes out of the temple for Rathayātrā he wears his Tahiya Laggi Vesh
When Jagannath returns to to the Sri Mandir after Rathayātrā he wears his opulent Suna Vesh
Although the Suna Vesh takes place in the late evening, often times more pilgrims come for that darshan than come for Ratha-yātrā
During Suna Vesh the Deities are dressed with nearly 208 kg (2 quintal 8 kg) of gold ornaments on their bodies

Nagarjuna or Parshuram Vesh is sometimes offered in Kartika when there is six days of pancaka. The last four times this dress was offered are: 16 -11 -1994, 26 -111993, 03 -11 -1968, 16 - 11 -1967 and 26 -111966
From the 6 th day of the bright fortnight of Margasira (Odana Sasti) to the 5 th day of the bright fortnight in Magha (Basanta Panchami), the deities wear winter clothes known as Ghodalagi Vesh.
The 13 th to the 15 th days of the dark half of the month of Margasira Jagannath offers loving rituals in honor of his parents. This dress is called Sraddha Vesh
During the time of the Godalaga Vesh, Padma Vesh is offered every Wednesday and Saturday. The dress is put on in the evening over the Godalaga Vesh. During this time they offer a special sweet rice to Jagannath called Padma khiri
