INTEGRATION CENTER 18 Confidential Cell. Xion In-plant Equipment Integration Cell. Xion maintains a dedicated equipment warehousing and integration facility totaling 80, 000 sf. This facility was purpose-built for warehousing and installing power, radio, and telecom equipment. The entire facility is temperature and humidity controlled. 18
INTEGRATION CENTER 19 Confidential WAREHOUSE Warehouse areas include (3) dock high access doors, vertical racking and security/fire protection systems including electronic access control, video surveillance, and pre-action fire alarm/sprinkler system. 19
INTEGRATION CENTER 20 Confidential LOCATION & THROUGHPUT All warehousing and integration activities occur within the previously described facilities. Work within our facility is not limited by weather conditions; Cell. Xion is located approximately 200 miles inland is not appreciably affected by hurricane activity. Integration at the point of shelter manufacture also eliminates the cost and time to transfer the shelter and equipment to an interim staging facility. Although Cell. Xion currently operates a single shift, the sequence of work could support multiple shifts to accelerate overall deployment schedules. Cell. Xion is a non-union shop with excellent employee benefits and bonus programs that reward performance, safety, and attendance. 20
