Five-day Culture Programme in Hangzhou Briefing of the program: This cultural expedition programme is designed to make students experience the Chinese culture within the context of Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Difficulty Level: Hiking Level（3. 5 hrs): Easy/Moderate Biking level(1. 5 hrs): Easy

Day 1 HK-Hangzhou (D) Activities: West Lake Cruise l 14: 35 Pick up at the airport and transfer to West Lake. (KA 620 HKG-Hang. Zhou 12: 25 -14: 35) l 17: 00 Transfer to the pier and take a cruise around the West Lake. (50 mins) l 18: 00 Dinner at local restaurant. l 19: 30 Hotel check-in. 3 groups together

Day 2 Hangzhou(B/L/D) Activities: Tai-ji and Kung-fu, Tea museum and farm visit, Hiking for 3. 5 hrs approx. from Tea farm to Bamboo forest. Magic learning in the evening l 6: 30 Get up early this morning l 7: 00 -8: 30 Transfer to Xihutiandi to do. Tai-ji or Kungfu learning with professional coaches by the lakeshore for 1 hr , and transfer back to hotel. l 9: 00 Breakfast. l 10: 00 Transfer to the Tea museum and visit the tea museum. l 12: 00 Taste the Longjing tea and visit a traditional tea farmer house. l 13: 00 Picnic lunch at a nice place l. Approx. 3 hrs Hiking around Longjing villiage to Bamboo forest. l 17: 00 Transfer back to hotel and have a rest l 18: 30 Buffet dinner at the hotel l 19: 30 Learning magic with magician. 3 groups together

Day 3 Hangzhou (B/L/D) Activities: Seal-Carving, biking. School visit, Sports activities in the evening l 8: 00 Breakfast l 9: 00 Group A will do Biking in Xixi wetland park. Learn seal carving. l. Group B will do this on Day 5 Group C will do this on Day 4 l 12: 30 Lunch at restaurant. l 14: 00 Primary school visit. l 17: 30 Transfer to a local restaurant to have dinner. l l 19: 00 -21: 00 Transfer to a indoor sport center to do activities. l 21: 00 Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 4 Hangzhou (B/L) Activities: China National Silk Museum, Walking and Tie-Dying, shopping and Disco night l 8: 00 Breakfast l 9: 00 Group A will visit China National Silk Museum, the first professional silk museum in China and the biggest silk museum in the world. Learn tie-dye. After tie-dying, we will take Baoshishan hiking(45 min)(treasure hunt for back up option in case of bad weather). Group B will do this on Day 3 Group C will do this on Day 5 l 12: 00 Have packed lunch. Transfer to Hefang street for a whole afternoon shopping there. l 18: 00 Final buffet dinner at hotel. l 19: 30 -21: 30 Disco night at hotel.

Day 5 Hangzhou/HK (B/L) Activities: Pottery Art Making. Transfer to the airport l 08: 00 Breakfast and check out the hotel. l 09: 00 Group A will arrive Southern Song Dynasty Guan Kiln Museum. Making pottery and also plate painting. Group B will do this on Day 4 Group C will do this on Day 3 l 12: 00 Light Lunch l 13: 00 Transfer to the airport and flight back home (KA 621 Hang.
