What is Amadeus Queue Manager? Amadeus Q-Manager provides a web based GUI where Travel Agency sets Queues to be monitored and Operations to be done within each queue. Once rules are entered and launched, Q-Manager checks in the Selling Platform every PNR from the dedicated Queue and performs the requested operation. Amadeus Q-Manager offers to Travel Agency the web based access to the reporting page and operation logs.
