1. Introduction “ 2013 APCCAL EXPO KOREA! ! Welcome to KOREA ! Dear Leaders, Delegates and Vendors ! This is KJ Cheong, chairman of Korea Callcenter Information Research Center (CIRC- Korea). It is our great honor to host the 6 th APCCAL EXPO. This event will be held from November 11 th to 13 th in Grand Hilton Convention Centre in Seoul. More than 600 Korean participants along with other 200 delegates from the Asia Pacific countries will be together and share a variety of programs from a half day tour to DMZ and Chairman of CIRC K.
