In all bath fittings today the spout end/aerator is fixed. In a lot of applications this creates problems when the water supply has been reduced by the handle movement – the water jet gets very close to the ceramic board. The new IS development gives you the possibility to manage the water jet impact point simple by moving the aerator‘s handle to always have the same water impact point. Simple mathematic – „X“ is always constant Þ water saving – it‘s your advantage!

Aerator cleaning Even with such a complicate looking technical aerator, cleaning is still easy. You can change or clean the aerator as follows: 1. Remove the decor cover. It is fixed by locking feet. 2. Unscrew the aerator housing with the key which is included in the box. 3. Take out the aerator and clean or change it.

Spacer A straight design always requires very a precise installation to fit on the vitreous china. Sometimes the area around the ceramic hole is not flat enough and fittings does not look straight after installation. Due to this fact we have developed a so called „spacer„ to have the fitting in the right position.

With the Celia basin and bidet mixers temperature blend control is incorporated in the ceramic disc cartridge which can be pre set at 5 different settings to restrict the movement of the lever handle and so control the volume of hot water from the fitting. Fig. 1 illustrates the top of the cartridge and the setting insert which can be moved from pos 0 to 4 in the setting ring. The cartridge is factory set at position 0 which allows the lever handle to move through an arc of 120° with the maximum delivery of hot water. As the setting numbers increase so the lever travel ark and the volume of hot water is reduced. The setting number can be selected on the site to suit the needs of the user. Prise out of the setting insert using a small screwdriver in the small groove and move it to position 1, 2, 3, or 4. The setting insert can be moved with the handle connection in any position. Fig 2. gives approximate mixed water temperature from the fitting assuming that the inlet temperatures of hot and cold supplies are constant and at equal pressures.
