10 CRAZIEST EXTREME SPORTS
#1 VOLCANO BOARDING
Snowboard – this yesterday! We present you a new kind of sport – skiing on a volcano. Vulkanobording mad exactly as large as it seems at first glance. The only place in the world where you can ride on the slope of an active volcano – is Nicaragua, the Department of Leon. It is here and is an active volcano Cerro Negro. Anyone can rush down from a height of 725 meters on a special wooden board with a speed of 80 mph, knowing that the volcano is still active, and its last eruption was slightly more than 10 years ago. That is – a really powerful adrenaline rush! To climb to the summit of Cerro Negro will need as much as 45 minutes, and may God come down not only with the breeze, but as a whole, because deviation from the mountains are really cool: 41 degrees.
#2 TRAIN SURFING
This activity is totally illegal. But the question in this article is not about laws but about the absolute extreme sports, so we’ll tell you about treynserfinge. Its essence lies in riding on the roof or on the steps of moving at full speed trains. Probably you’ve seen a lot of shots with the likes of “passengers” made in Africa or India. Currently deployed an extensive campaign against this kind of extreme. His main danger is that the “passengers” can fly off the train at full speed or maimed during the movement of the overhead line or at the entrance to the tunnel. Although extreme is extreme, and it is unlikely such difficulties will be able to scare a truly desperate people.
#3 HUMAN CATAPULT
In this strange extreme sport, a human catapult launches individuals over 26 feet in the air into a swimming pool or foam pit. Air. Kick works propeling participants through the air in a pre-calculated parabolic trajectory using a special combination of air pressure and water recoil technology. The participant sits in a specially constructed seat at the back end of the catapult arm and 3, 2, 1…liftoff! The participant himself sets the device in motion by pushing a button. Approximately 60 Liters of water are then forced through a rocket nozzle under the seat. This pressurized water (8 to 10 bar of air pressure) propels the participant 8 meters (26 ft) though the air for a cool and refreshing splash down in a swimming pool.
#4 Riding the dunes in jeeps
Just imagine the most steep and high sand dunes that are simply impossible to climb, and then imagine that you overcome these heights for four-wheel drive cars and while you cover the fear of falling – this is an indescribable feeling of extreme jeep tours through the desert. This kind of extreme popularity in the United Arab Emirates, and this is not surprising, because the local cars adapted for this purpose best. If you decide on such a trip, do not forget to bring your camera: it will be something to show friends, but otherwise you would not believe a word!
BASE JUMPING #5
Those who have a craving to jump off a tall building … clearly needs help from the experts! But those extremists who are already tired of the banal skydiving, in search of thrills will base jamping. From conventional parachuting it differs in that base jumpers skydive from fixed objects, as in paragliding. There are four types of fixed objects for base jumping: buildings, antennae, spans of bridges and cliffs. The danger is that the time to parachute opened – very little, so you need to pull the ring at the beginning of the jump, otherwise the consequences could be dire.
#6 SPEED RIDING
Speed riding is a wonderful blend – paragliding and skiing. Speed riders use a special type of parachute and skiing, to rapidly go down the hill and at the same time to pick up speed. This kind of extreme sport is very dangerous and involves such high speeds that some slopes have already banned it. Through the use of a parachute slip velocity increases enormously: it is impossible to be dispersed so easy to ski.
Running of the bulls #7
Running of the bulls – is the perfect way to get truly huge dose of adrenaline. Not everyone is under the force of his own volition to run ahead of the enraged animal, which weighs a ton. Nevertheless, every July a crowd of people gather in the Spanish city of Pamplona to take part in the run with the bulls, which are then used for bullfighting. The only criterion which should match the party – age 18 or older. Therefore, anyone of age can run a distance of 840 meters along with hundreds of other same thrill. But we must bear in mind that 14 people took part in such races have been killed.
WINGSUIT FLYING #8
Many of us are flying in a dream, but the wing suit makes it real. Flights are made a reality special suit with which you can control your movements when jumping off a cliff. Using this miracle suit, can reach speeds of 225 to 240 km / hr. Valley of the Romsdal in Norway during the summer solstice is the most popular destination for such flights. While a suit filled with air, and nylon wings are manbird forward, he may feel an incomparable sense of free fall.
#9 LIMBO SKATING
How low can you go? Not anywhere as low as this six-year-old who is the junior king of the limbo-skaters. Skating under stationary cars in organised competitions has become the latest craze in India and no one can do it as well as Aniket Chindak. With legs split, torso bent forward and head skimming no more than 20 cm (8 in) above the road, Aniket combines the bravery of a downhill skier and the agility o a gymnast as he sails under a 4 x 4. Unfolding his body from eye- watering positions, the whizz-kid explains proudly how he is training to break his own world record of skating under 57 cars in 45 seconds. 'I first saw a girl skate under a car on TV two years ago and decided to learn how to do it myself, ' he said.
IIt took three months before I could get my body in the right position. 0 'Since then I have skated under lots of cars and have never hurt myself. ' Aniket, who trains four hours a day, began skating aged just 18 months. After smashing the world record of 43 cars in March, he started training to skate under 100 cars. 'The hardest thing is to go fast enough before I bend down because that's how you can skate under so many cars at once, ' he said. 'I think it will be very difficult for someone to beat 100 cars. ' Aniket's father Ramesh, from Belgaum in southern India, said: 'He has been skating long distances for the last three years, but since he started limbo-skating his passion has increased. Aniket was always very flexible but for limbo-skating you need strength as well. 'It took him a while to condition his body to hold the correct position – now his battle is to get the speed and control necessary for 100 cars. ’
#10 Slacklining
A balance sport, Slacklining utilizes nylon webbing stretched tight between two anchor points. It is distinct from tightrope walking in that the line is not held rigidly taut — it is instead dynamic, stretching and bouncing like a large rubber band. The line's tension can be adjusted to suit the performer and different types of dynamic webbing can be used to achieve a variety of feats. . The line itself is flat, due to the nature of webbing, therefore keeping the slacker's footing from rolling as would be the case with an ordinary rope. The dynamic nature of the line allows for imposing tricks and stunts
