5 Information Systems and Technologies Graduates can be participants in a project of IS design and implementation in every stage of its lifecycle. In the educational programme there are disciplines creating competencies in the sphere of requirements to IS revealing, its structure designing, program coding, testing, implementation , and IS maintenance.

16 Research Work • «Briz» and «Vector-M» meteorological radar stations were developed. Serial production was launched in 2008 (first line production volume – 40 radars). • The experimental sample of a meteorological upper-air sounding system based on GPS/GLONASS technology is developed 16
