The aim of the research n This study aims at revealing the different experiential structure of expert and novice psychodrama using a phenomenological method. --- what is the experience when the novice director stuck in the process of doing psychodrama? ---what is the experience when the expert director supvised the novice director when the novice director stuck?

Conclusion So when doing the psychodrama training, it is important to help trainees to experience how they live in the world n Then help trainees to understand how the techniques are related with the essence of human living in the world and the essence of psychodrama psychotherapy n
