H 1 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﺸﻜﺮ I- Learn How to Give Thanks ﺍﻻﺏ ﺷﺎﻛﺮﻳﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺣﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺳﻢ ﺭﺑﻨﺎ ﻳﺴﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻴﺢ ﻟﻠﻪ ﻭ (20 : 5 )ﺍﻑ giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, (Eph 5 : 20) ﻭ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﺘﻢ ﺑﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻭ ﻓﻌﻞ ﻓﺎﻋﻤﻠﻮﺍ ﺍﻟﻜﻞ ﺑﺎﺳﻢ ﺍﻟﺮﺏ ﻳﺴﻮﻉ ﺷﺎﻛﺮﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻭ (17 : 3 ﺍﻻﺏ ﺑﻪ )ﻛﻮ And [whatever] you do in word or deed, [do] all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him (Col 3 : 17)

H 1 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﺸﻜﺮ I- Learn How to Give Thanks ﻻﻥ ﻫﺬﻩ ﻫﻲ ﺑﻼ ﺍﻧﻘﻄﺎﻉ. ﺍﺷﻜﺮﻭﺍ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﺀ ﺍﻓﺮﺣﻮﺍ ﻛﻞ ﺣﻴﻦ. ﺻﻠﻮﺍ (18 -16 : 5 ﻣﺸﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻴﺢ ﻳﺴﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺘﻜﻢ )1ﺗﺲ Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, . in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you (1 Th 5 : 16 - 18)

H 2 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻌﺬﺭ II- Learn How to Give Excuse ﺍﻓﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻨﺒﻐﻲ ﺍﻧﻚ ﺍﻧﺖ ﺍﻳﻀﺎ ﺗﺮﺣﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺪ ﺭﻓﻴﻘﻚ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺭﺣﻤﺘﻚ ﺍﻧﺎ. ﻭ ﻏﻀﺐ ﺳﻴﺪﻩ ﻭ ﺳﻠﻤﻪ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺬﺑﻴﻦ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻮﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ. ﻓﻬﻜﺬﺍ ﺍﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﺎﻭﻱ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ - 33 : 18 ﺯﻻﺗﻪ)ﻣﺖ ﻻﺧﻴﻪ ﺑﻜﻢ ﺍﻥ ﻟﻢ ﺗﺘﺮﻛﻮﺍ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻠﻮﺑﻜﻢ ﻛﻞ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ (35 compassion on your fellow Should you not also have had servant, just as I had pity on you? ' "And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him. "So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses"(Mat 18 : 33 - 35)

H ﻻﻥ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻫﻮ 2 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻌﺬﺭ II- Learn How to Give Excuse ﻓﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺮﻳﺪﻭﻥ ﺍﻥ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺑﻜﻢ ﺍﻓﻌﻠﻮﺍ ﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﺍﻧﺘﻢ ﺍﻳﻀﺎ ﺑﻬﻢ (12 : 7 ﺍﻻﻧﺒﻴﺎﺀ )ﻣﺖ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻣﻮﺱ ﻭ "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets (Mat 7 : 12) )ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺒﺔ( ﺗﺤﺘﻤﻞ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﺀ ﻭ ﺗﺼﺪﻕ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﺀ ﻭ ﺗﺮﺟﻮ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻴﺀ ﻭ ﺗﺼﺒﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ (7 : 13 ﺷﻴﺀ )1ﻛﻮ (Love) bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. (1 Cor 13: 7)

H 3 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻬﺪﺃ III- Learn How to Calm Down ﻻﻧﻪ ﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﺏ ﻗﺪﻭﺱ ﺍﺳﺮﺍﺋﻴﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺮﺟﻮﻉ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﻮﻥ ﺗﺨﻠﺼﻮﻥ (15 : 30 ﺑﺎﻟﻬﺪﻭﺀ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻄﻤﺎﻧﻴﻨﺔ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻗﻮﺗﻜﻢ ﻓﻠﻢ ﺗﺸﺎﺀﻭﺍ )ﺍﺵ For thus says the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel: "In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength" But you would not (Isa 30 : 15) (4 : 15 ﻫﺪﻭﺀ ﺍﻟﻠﺴﺎﻥ ﺷﺠﺮﺓ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﻭ ﺍﻋﻮﺟﺎﺟﻪ ﺳﺤﻖ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺡ )ﺍﻡ A wholesome tongue [is] a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit (Pro 15 : 4)

H 3 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻬﺪﺃ III- Learn How to Calm Down ﻭ ﺍﻥ ﺗﺤﺮﺻﻮﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻥ ﺗﻜﻮﻧﻮﺍ ﻫﺎﺩﺋﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺗﻤﺎﺭﺳﻮﺍ ﺍﻣﻮﺭﻛﻢ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﻭ ﺗﺸﺘﻐﻠﻮﺍ (11 : 4 ﺑﺎﻳﺪﻳﻜﻢ ﺍﻧﺘﻢ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺍﻭﺻﻴﻨﺎﻛﻢ )1ﺗﺲ that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, (1 Th 4 : 11)
ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛ !! ﻴﻒ n ear L w!!! Ho 4 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﺒﺘﺴﻢ IV- Learn How to Smile ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺣﺎﻥ ﻳﺠﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ ﻃﻠﻘﺎ ﻭ ﺑﺤﺰﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺐ ﺗﻨﺴﺤﻖ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺡ (13 : 15 )ﺍﻡ A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, But by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken (Pro 15 : 13)

How ﻻﻧﻲ ﻭﺩﻳﻊ ﻭ ﻣﺘﻮﺍﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺐ ﻓﺘﺠﺪﻭﺍ ﺭﺍﺣﺔ ﺍﺣﻤﻠﻮﺍ ﻧﻴﺮﻱ ﻋﻠﻴﻜﻢ ﻭ ﺗﻌﻠﻤﻮﺍ ﻣﻨﻲ (29 : 11 ﻟﻨﻔﻮﺳﻜﻢ )ﻣﺖ "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls (Mat 11 : 29) ﻓﻨﻈﺮ ﺍﻟﻴﻪ ﻳﺴﻮﻉ ﻭ ﺍﺣﺒﻪ ﻭ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ ﻳﻌﻮﺯﻙ ﺷﻴﺀ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﺍﺫﻫﺐ ﺑﻊ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻚ ﻭ ﺍﻋﻂ 10 ﺣﺎﻣﻼ ﺍﻟﺼﻠﻴﺐ )ﻣﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﺮﺍﺀ ﻓﻴﻜﻮﻥ ﻟﻚ ﻛﻨﺰ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﺎﺀ ﻭ ﺗﻌﺎﻝ ﺍﺗﺒﻌﻨﻲ (21 : Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, "One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me" (Mar 10 : 21)

ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛ !! ﻴﻒ n Lear !! ow! H 5 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﺼﺮﺥ V- Learn How to Cry Out ﺍﻻﻋﻤﺎﻕ ﺻﺮﺧﺖ ﺍﻟﻴﻚ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺏ ﺍﺳﻤﻊ ﺻﻮﺗﻲ ﻟﺘﻜﻦ ﺍﺫﻧﺎﻙ ﻣﺼﻐﻴﺘﻴﻦ (2 -1 : 130 ﺍﻟﻰ ﺻﻮﺕ ﺗﻀﺮﻋﺎﺗﻲ. )ﻣﺰ ﻣﻦ Out of the depths I have cried to You, O LORD; Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications. (Psa 130 : 1)

H ﺍﻻﺧﻮﺓ ﺍﻧﺎ ﻟﺴﺖ ﺍﺣﺴﺐ ﻧﻔﺴﻲ ﺍﻧﻲ ﻗﺪ ﺍﺩﺭﻛﺖ ﻭ ﻟﻜﻨﻲ ﺍﻓﻌﻞ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺍ ﺍﺫ ﺍﻳﻬﺎ (13 : 3 ﺍﻧﺎ ﺍﻧﺴﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻭﺭﺍﺀ ﻭ ﺍﻣﺘﺪ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻗﺪﺍﻡ )ﻓﻲ Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing [I do, ] forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, (Phi 3 : 13) : 43 ﻻ ﺍﺫﻛﺮﻫﺎ )ﺍﺵ ﻻﺟﻞ ﻧﻔﺴﻲ ﻭ ﺧﻄﺎﻳﺎﻙ ﺍﻧﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺣﻲ ﺫﻧﻮﺑﻚ " I, [even] I, [am] He who (25 out your transgressions blots for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins (Isa 43 : 25)

H 6 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻨﺴﻰ VI- Learn How to Forget ﺍﻧﺘﻢ ﻗﺼﺪﺗﻢ ﻟﻲ ﺷﺮﺍ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻴﺮﺍ ﻟﻜﻲ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﻟﻴﺤﻴﻲ ﺷﻌﺒﺎ ﻛﺜﻴﺮﺍ (20 : 50 )ﺗﻚ "But as for you, you meant evil against me; [but] God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as [it is] this day, to save many people alive (Gen 50 : 20)

H 7 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﺘﺬﻛﺮ VII- Learn How to Remember (1 : 3 ﻻ ﺗﻨﺲ ﺷﺮﻳﻌﺘﻲ ﺑﻞ ﻟﻴﺤﻔﻆ ﻗﻠﺒﻚ ﻭﺻﺎﻳﺎﻱ )ﺍﻡ ﻳﺎ ﺍﺑﻨﻲ My son, do not forget my law, But let your heart keep my commands; (Pro 3 : 1) (5 : 143 ﺗﺬﻛﺮﺕ ﺍﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﻡ ﻟﻬﺠﺖ ﺑﻜﻞ ﺍﻋﻤﺎﻟﻚ ﺑﺼﻨﺎﺋﻊ ﻳﺪﻳﻚ ﺍﺗﺎﻣﻞ )ﻣﺰ I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands (Psa 143 : 5)

H 7 ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﺘﺬﻛﺮ VII- Learn How to Remember ﻻﻥ ﻛﻠﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺣﻴﺔ ﻭ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻣﻀﻰ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺳﻴﻒ ﺫﻱ ﺣﺪﻳﻦ ﻭ ﺧﺎﺭﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻣﻔﺮﻕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺡ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺎﺻﻞ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﺥ ﻭ ﻣﻤﻴﺰﺓ ﺍﻓﻜﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﺐ ﻭ ﻧﻴﺎﺗﻪ (12 : 4 )ﻋﺐ For the word of God [is] living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Heb 4 : 12)
