航空机票 Air Ticket Issuance
机票预订流程 Air Ticket Issuance Process 通过邮件或电话接收预订需求 旅行顾问跟进预订需求 Receive booking inquiry via email or phone from Abbott travel arranger BCD agent to process pre-booking 电子机票和行程通过 email发送给预订人 E-Ticket sent to Abbott travel arranger via email 旅行顾问确认机票已经按 要求出票 BCD agent to confirm ticket issued accurately 提供报价后，会将预订的行程和价 格发送 email 给预订人 Itinerary proposals will be emailed to Abbott travel arranger 预订人确认行程和价格后出票 Abbott travel arranger to confirm itinerary and ticket issuance 注意事项NOTICE ： 1. 请在预订时告知BCD是差旅/团队，公司支付/个人结算的预订； Please inform clearly to BCD if the booking Transient/Group, or payment by Company/ Individual； 2. 务必确保乘机人的个人信息已经事先准确地提供给BCD Travel； Please make sure to provide traveler’s information to BCD accurately and set into BCD system before booking； 3. 预订人需要明确告知BCD Travel机票后期的归属对账人； Travel booker should inform BCD who is the billing checker for the issuance at the point of issuing； Copyright BCD Travel 2011
机票方案 Air Fare Proposals 每个行程BCD至少提供 2个线路及报价给雅培员 . At least 2 itinerary proposals with prices will be provided to Abbott traveler for each trip. 方案1 Proposal 1 所有可选航班中最低报价及行程 Lowest cost among all available routes; 方案2 Proposal 2 结合员 若干需求的行程和报价，如: Based on travel’s requirements for example: – 员 指定航班或指定飞行时间 traveler’s required flight or time; – 是否转机停留 Direct or transfer flights; – 是否允许更改航班 Change of travel dates are allowed or not; – 是否可以退票（可退票价比例是否高） Refundable or Non-refundable; – 更改/再出票/升舱等 需要补足的差价 Tickets can be reissued with option of fare top up; 机位随订随售；以确认出票时的机位状况及票价为准 Final price depends on point of confirmation and issuance; Copyright BCD Travel 2011
机票出票时间 Air Ticket Issuance Deadline - 最晚出票时间显示在提供给您方案的邮件中； Air Ticket Issuance deadline shows in the proposal email to traveler; - 最晚出票时限的48小时前自动短信发送给乘机人； An SMS will be sent to traveler 48 hours prior to deadline; - BCD旅行顾问不再做人 提醒; BCD Agent will not give other offline reminders; - 需要获得明确确认才会出票，否则机位可能会被取消; Ticket will be issued with receipt of confirmation only; no seat guarantee without ticket issuance; - 最晚出票时间由航空公司决定; Ticketing deadline is set by the Airline company, not any other part; - BCD Travel不操作自动预订或出票; No automatic ticket issuance service from BCD Travel; 6 Copyright BCD Travel 2011
酒店预订 Hotel Room Reservation
酒店预订流程 Hotel Room Reservation Process 通过邮件或电话接收雅培 预订需求 Receive booking inquiry via email or phone from Abbott travel arranger 旅行顾问跟进预订需 求 BCD agent to process pre-booking 酒店确认订单后， BCD发 送确认单给客人 Confirmation email will be sent to traveler/travel booker when the room is confirmed by hotel 根据客人的要求预订酒店，如有 必要，需要入住人提供信用卡信息 做酒店担保。 Confirm booking; client card information will be needed upon request BCD就酒店订单与酒店做确 认。 BCD to obtain confirmation from hotel 注意事项 NOTICE ： 通过BCD预订的协议酒店资源将包含： BCD can offer contracted hotels booking of below: a. 雅培全球协议酒店及价格 (目前仍在更新中) ; Abbott’s Global Contracted hotels in GDS (being updated); b. 雅培中国协议酒店 Abbott’s Local Contracted hotels in China; c. 签证服务 Visa Application
签证申请流程 Visa Application S/N 1 2 3 Services BCD provides the applicant with information of checklist and process for each visa application. BCD提供相关的签证材料给予签证申请人，并告知相关的签证申请流程。 If an interview appointment is needed, BCD will make appointment on behalf of traveler. If the appointment has to be made by applicant him/herself, BCD will provide guideline. 若相关签证申请需要预约，BCD提供代为预约服务。若该预约需要签证申请人本人亲自预约，BCD提供 相关预约指导。 BCD provides templates of visa application material. BCD提供相关签证材料的样本。 4 BCD helps the applicant preview visa application documents. BCD提供相关签证材料的审核、整理服务。 5 BCD guides the traveler to finish their application forms. BCD指导相关签证申请表格的填写指导服务。 6 BCD can help customer buy AIG insurance (Overseas Travel Insurance) BCD能提供购买AIG保险的服务（境外旅行险）。 7 If the traveler obtain waiver of Visa interview, BCD will submit the visa application and visa for traveler.
